1 Bedroom Townhouse

You will enjoy some of the beautiful Nicaraguan sunsets from any of the private patios and terraces or while taking a tropical drink in the Townhouse Vista Paraíso's private pool.

The Townhouse Vista Paraiso is a conversion of the Casa with 1 bedroom guests having a choice of a 2 queen beds or a single king bed, each option with a large bathroom complete with hand painted double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The main living area has fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area that seats 6 people, a breakfast bar, a complete bathroom, a private balcony and a front patio for that special relaxing quite getaway.

Although the Townhouse is rented for 2 guests, additional guests can be accommodated for a maximum of 4 guests when rented with the king bed, or 6 people when rented with the doule queen beds. There is an additional daily charge for more than 2 guests. The couch, a futon, in the main living area converts to a bed to accommodate an additional 2 guests.
